🔁 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

✔️ Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Correct items returned due to personal preference (e.g. size or style change)
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.

📦 How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. The return address will be provided after return approval.
